1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Vol Bot ("the Software"), purchasing a license, or interacting with the Vol Bot website at pumpfunbot.app ("the Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Software or purchase a license.

2. Service Description

Vol Bot is a software tool that executes automated buy and sell transactions on the Solana blockchain, specifically on tokens listed on pump.fun's bonding curve. The Software works with any pump.fun token — it reads on-chain bonding curve data and calculates trade amounts automatically. The Software includes:

A volume generation engine with configurable trading strategies
A boss/worker wallet architecture for multi-wallet trading
A real-time web dashboard for monitoring trades and managing wallets
Optional Telegram auto-promotion functionality

Vol Bot is a tool, not a financial service, investment platform, or managed trading service.

AutoHustle and Vol Bot do not recommend, endorse, or advise the purchase or sale of any cryptocurrency, token, or digital asset. Any mention of specific tokens, performance metrics, or trading strategies is purely for illustrative purposes.

4. Risk Acknowledgment

By using Vol Bot, you expressly acknowledge and accept the following risks:

Loss of funds: Trading cryptocurrency involves substantial risk. You may lose some or all of the funds you deploy through the Software, including SOL used for trades, transaction fees, and priority fees.
Market volatility: Cryptocurrency prices are highly volatile and unpredictable. The value of tokens you trade can decrease significantly or go to zero.
No guaranteed returns: Past performance, test results, and volume metrics shown on the Site are based on historical data and do not guarantee future results. Actual results may vary based on network conditions, token liquidity, market volatility, and other factors.
Smart contract risk: The Software interacts with on-chain programs that may contain bugs, vulnerabilities, or be subject to changes by their developers.
Network risk: Solana network congestion, outages, or RPC failures may result in failed transactions, stuck funds, or unexpected behavior.
Regulatory risk: The legal status of cryptocurrency trading tools may vary by jurisdiction and may change over time.

5. License and Access

Vol Bot licenses are sold on a time-limited basis (1-day, 3-day, or 7-day access periods depending on tier). Licenses are:

Non-refundable: All payments are final. SOL transactions on the Solana blockchain are irreversible and cannot be charged back.
Non-transferable: Licenses are bound to the purchasing account and may not be resold, shared, or transferred to third parties.
Renewable: Additional access time can be purchased and stacks on top of existing access.
Tier-specific: Each license tier (Starter, Professional, Degen) has defined feature limits including maximum worker wallets, available trading strategies, and access to Telegram promotion features.

6. Payment

All payments are made in SOL (Solana's native cryptocurrency) to a designated payment wallet. By making a payment, you agree that:

You are sending SOL from a wallet you own and control
The payment amount corresponds to your selected tier
All sales are final — no refunds will be issued
Payment verification may take up to 2 hours (typically processed within minutes)

7. User Responsibilities

As a user of Vol Bot, you are solely responsible for:

Complying with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction, including but not limited to securities laws, anti-money laundering regulations, and tax obligations
Securing your license key, password, and wallet private keys
Understanding the trading strategies and their potential outcomes before deploying capital
Monitoring your active trading sessions and managing risk
Any financial losses incurred from using the Software
Determining whether generating trading volume is lawful in your jurisdiction

8. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use Vol Bot to:

Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights
Manipulate markets in violation of securities laws or regulations
Launder money or finance illegal activities
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or redistribute the Software source code to unauthorized parties
Circumvent license restrictions, access controls, or rate limits
Share your license key or account credentials with third parties

9. Intellectual Property

Vol Bot, including its source code, design, dashboard, documentation, and branding, is the intellectual property of AutoHustle. Your license grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Software for the duration of your access period. You may not reproduce, distribute, sublicense, or create derivative works based on the Software without prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

AutoHustle and Vol Bot are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
In no event shall AutoHustle, its creators, affiliates, or contributors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption, arising from your use of or inability to use the Software.
Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the Software shall not exceed the amount you paid for your current license period.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

We do not warrant that:

The Software will meet your specific requirements or expectations
The Software will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
The results obtained from using the Software will be accurate or reliable
Any volume metrics, multiplier figures, or cost estimates will match your actual results
Defects in the Software will be corrected within any particular timeframe

12. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Vol Bot at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, third parties, or our business. Upon termination, your right to use the Software ceases immediately. No refunds will be issued for terminated accounts.

13. Privacy

We collect minimal data necessary to operate the service:

Email address: Used to deliver your license key and for account recovery
Wallet address: Used to verify payment transactions on-chain
Transaction signatures: Used to verify payments

We do not sell, share, or distribute your personal information to third parties. Wallet private keys are stored encrypted at rest, and standard dashboard API responses are key-sanitized. Private key export is available only through authenticated backup/recovery actions.

14. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of Vol Bot after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Software shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration.
